Our client is a UAE government company, that is looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Mode of employment: 1 Year contract (Extendable)
Good to have: Industry experience with credit finance, insurance, banking, etc.
Experience: 7 - 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective marketing and event solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and consistent brand messaging.
- Measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing materials and events align with the company\'s brand and messaging.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master\'s preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing and event management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
