To plan, execute, and manage marketing activities and events that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support the company's business objectives. The role requires strong knowledge in event management, marketing campaigns, and real estate project promotion.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Management
Plan and execute corporate events, property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and community events.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, venues, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and execution from concept to completion.
Ensure branding consistency and high-quality presentation across all events.
Track event performance, footfall, and ROI for management reporting.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate promotional materials including brochures, flyers, roll-ups, banners, and giveaways.
Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely production and delivery.
3. Real Estate Marketing
Support marketing for property launches, handover events, brokers' events, and client engagement activities.
Assist in developing event strategies for real estate exhibitions (Cityscape, property shows, etc.).
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure event-driven lead generation and follow-up.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with event suppliers, contractors, production houses, and media partners.
Negotiate pricing, budgets, and agreements with vendors.
Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Content & Communication Support
Assist in preparing event-related content for social media, email campaigns, and press releases.
Support in capturing photos/videos during events and coordinate with media/photographers.
Prepare post-event reports and presentations.
6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Maintain event calendars, cost sheets, invoices, and documentation.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
Track market trends and competitor activities within the real estate industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum
4 years of experience in marketing and event management
(real estate events preferred).
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during event periods.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
