Job Description
2.1 Increasing patient referrals between clinics. 2.2 Providing additional or follow-on patients' services on the clinic. 2.3 Converting patients' inquiries to your manager. 2.4 Record patient's feedback about center's services. 2.5 Retaining existing patients for times of future need. 2.6 increasing number of patients in the center such as (dermatology, laser, dental) 2.7 Welcoming VIP patients and help them for their inquiries. 2.8 Helping receptionists for patients' inquiries about center's services. 2.9 Creating package marketing for some procedures in lasir with coordination of your manager. 2.10 Monitor and assess patients' feedback. 2.11 Maintain patient's information via marketing database. 2.12 Collect and analyze patient's data to prepare marketing reports. 2.13 Complying with UMC OSH Policy and rules and regulations. 2.14 Ensure correctly using tools, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with agreed safe work practices. 2.15 Aware about the reporting of OSH hazards, incidents and issues. 2.16 Ensure application of appropriate risk control measures
