Job Description

Overview

Design and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, including collaboration with influencers, partners and other growth channels.

Identify key platforms, content formats and priority areas for marketing development.

Lead and manage the marketing team by assigning tasks, tracking performance and supporting team growth.

Oversee the full influencer and partner workflow, from analysis and selection to negotiations, campaign launch and performance review.

Control marketing budgets, track key metrics such as CPV, CPM, ROI and engagement, and work with BI tools for analysis.

Build and maintain long term partnerships with bloggers, agencies and strategic collaborators.

Test new marketing channels and content formats, applying creative and innovative approaches.

Prepare clear and regular reports covering all marketing activities and results.

Job Requirements

At least four years of experience in marketing, including leadership responsibility for a team and performance indicators.

Solid understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate programs.

Hands on experience with platforms such as YouTube, Telegram, Instagram and similar channels.

International work experience will be considered a plus.

Proven ability to manage sizable budgets and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Strong negotiation, presentation and communication management skills.
