Marketing Specialist - Travel & Tourism Agency

We are a leading Travel & Tourism agency looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Convert followers into leads and paying customers
Create engaging content, posters, and promotional videos
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for travel packages
Monitor performance and optimize ads & strategy
Work closely with the sales team to increase conversions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (preferably in travel industry)
Strong skills in social media management
Ability to create designs, posters, and short videos
Excellent communication skills
Creative, proactive, and results-driven
