Job Title: Marketing Specialist / Medical Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of AL-FARABI MEDICAL CENTER. You will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with the community, managing digital presence, and implementing campaigns to attract and retain patients. This role is crucial for our growth and community outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans for the medical center.
• Manage and grow the center's online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging marketing content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, both in English and Arabic.
• Plan and coordinate community outreach programs, health awareness campaigns, and corporate wellness initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, referring physicians, and corporate partners.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
• Organize and represent the medical center at health fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare or wellness sector in Abu Dhabi.
• Demonstrable experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of the local Al Ain and Abu Dhabi market is a plus.
