As our Marketing Director, you will define and execute our marketing vision, overseeing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand positioning across global markets. You are a strategic thinker with proven experience in traditional and digital marketing in multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
data-driven marketing strategy
aligned with business goals. Serve as thebrand guardian
, ensuring campaigns reflect our identity and appeal to global audiences. Leaddigital marketing initiatives
: SEO/SEM, social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, email automation, and performance marketing. Design and manageinnovative campaigns
, product launches, and brand activations. Conductmarket research and competitive analysis
to identify growth opportunities. Build, mentor, and lead ahigh-performing marketing team
. Manage themarketing budget
, ensuring strong ROI. DrivePR, media relations
, and strategic partnerships. Define and trackKPIs
, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (
MBA preferred
).12+ years of marketing experience
, including5+ years in senior leadership
. Proven experience inglobal markets
. Success withB2C/B2B brands

). Expertise indigital marketing, social media trends, and brand management
. Strong understanding ofconsumer behavior and cultural nuances
. Exceptionalleadership, analytical, and project management skills
. Fluent inEnglish and Arabic
