BettingJobs is partnering with a global online casino operator in their search for a Marketing Director to join their team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy: Drive the evolution of a bold, recognizable brand that stands out in the global iGaming and crypto landscape.
• Social & Community: Build a high-impact presence across Twitch, Reddit, TikTok, X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and more.
• Creator/Streamer Partnerships: Lead collaborations with Twitch and YouTube casino streamers, influencers, and crypto-native creators.
• Campaign Leadership: Launch data-driven, high-performance marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Data, Analytics & Growth: Use insights, KPIs, and funnel data to scale efficiently and continually improve ROI.
• Market Expansion: Identify new international opportunities and stay ahead of trends in iGaming, crypto, and digital entertainment.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a creative, agile marketing team across content, paid, creative, and community roles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in senior marketing, ideally within iGaming, crypto, esports, online entertainment, or high-growth digital brands.
• Deep understanding of modern customer acquisition marketing techniques.
• Strong background in influencer/streamer marketing and community-driven brand building.
• A creative marketer with a data-first mindset-comfortable managing budgets, performance channels, and KPIs.
• Dubai-based (or willing to relocate) and able to work closely with leadership teams onsite.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup culture and able to execute big ideas with speed and precision.
