We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Director with extensive experience in the
Dubai property market
to lead our international marketing strategy across key regions (Europe, GCC, Asia).
The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate marketing, performance-driven acquisition, team leadership and large-scale campaign management.

We are an international real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan and ready property investments for global clients.
We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Marketing Director capable of building and leading a complete marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Create the global marketing strategy and manage campaigns across 8+ countries.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok.
- Oversee performance marketing, content strategy, social media, funnels, and marketing automations.
- Build an internal team: media buying, graphic design, content, video, CRM.
- Optimize KPIs: CAC, ROI, lead quality, acquisition cost efficiency.
- Lead generation for UHNW and international investors.
- Work closely with the sales department to improve alignment and conversions.
- Brand positioning and development of corporate communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate marketing.
- Ability to manage large budgets and perform advanced data analysis.
- Strong experience in international acquisition and multi-market funnels.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and strategic vision.
- Fluent English.
