Responsibilities;
Team Management: Lead and manage the marketing and corporate communications team, providing ongoing career development, support, and coaching.
Budgetary Responsibilities: Develop and manage the departmental budget in line with the overall divisional budget and strategy.
Strategy and Planning: Develop marketing and communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives, monitor implementation, and analyze the success of internal and external communications and campaigns.
Brand Management and Corporate Communications: Oversee the development and implementation of branding and communication guidelines, coordinate media interest, and represent the organization as an official spokesperson to the media.
Market Research and Intelligence: Conduct marketing research and analysis, provide market forecasts, and influence present and future products based on market trends.
Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with branding agencies, customers, and media personnel.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement the organization's digital strategy, keep up to date on marketing trends, and provide communications and media training to employees.
