Job Description

Senior leader responsible for creating and executing the overall marketing strategy of a company. They manage the marketing team, oversee campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities. Manage digital marketing, social media, and content strategies. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies. Prepare and manage the marketing budget. Track performance metrics (ROI, lead generation, brand reach). Represent the company at industry events and media engagements

Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in digital and traditional marketing. Strategic thinking with analytical abilities. Budget management experience. Background in branding, campaigns, and market analysis. Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
