Customer acquisition channel development?B2B operation? Off-line marketing(Events management: Expo/ Exhibition operation in iGaming & Forex. team management, leadership in leading team achieve success, work arrangement and distribution Customer service: Requirement collection and distribution from the front-end. Familiar with fintech, knows about gambling gaming payment as well, especially knowing offline events like, Igaming and forex. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing) tailored to FinTech/Forex/iGaming audiences. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to optimize marketing performance. Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team, including content creators, designers, and marketing assistants.

Requirements :-

1. Five years of marketing experience in FinTech, Forex, or iGaming industries.

2. Proven track record in lead generation, paid ads (Meta, Google), and affiliate marketing.

3. Strong event management and team leadership skills.

4. Experience managing content creators, designers, and marketing assistants.

5. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

7. Flexible to travel as per the business need

8. Who can speak mandarin and English fluently
