They are hiring a Marketing Director for their team with a diverse range of industry experience who will oversee all sales and marketing efforts across all business entities. He/She will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company\'s services and achieve the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Analyse customer behaviours and adjust strategies accordingly.
Align marketing efforts with the overarching business objectives and growth targets.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company\'s brand identity.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.
Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and implement new approaches to drive brand and service popularity.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Work closely with other departments, such as executive team, operations and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Attributes
10 - 15 + years experience in a similar role, speaks Arabic and/or English fluently.
Someone with a diverse range of industry experiences would be preferred.
Proven experience in a senior marketing role and demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform marketing strategies.
Ability to effectively present and communicate marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
