Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

Prepare and send quotations, follow up with clients, and track inquiries. Maintain and update customer records, project logs, and sales reports. Coordinate with the factory and logistics teams for order processing and delivery updates. Support sales team with documentation, samples, and technical materials.

Marketing Support

Make outbound calls to potential clients including contractors, consultants, and procurement officers. Present lighting products and services in a professional manner over the phone. Follow up on previous quotations and inquiries to move them toward closure. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM or Excel) with accurate contact and lead information. Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team. Identify new business opportunities by calling target segments such as construction companies, MEP firms, interior designers, and facility managers. Collect market information, feedback, and competitor activity to report to the sales manager. Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.

Administrative & Communication Tasks

Handle incoming calls/emails and route leads to appropriate sales representatives. Ensure smooth internal communication between sales, marketing, and production departments. Maintain organized records of campaign results, client communications, and project status.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the lighting or construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of lighting products and specifications. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms). Basic understanding of graphic design or content creation is a plus.
