Job Description

A Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating events, managing digital content, and analyzing marketing data. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and deadlines.
Manage content creation for social media, websites, email, and print materials.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (engagement, leads, ROI).
Support in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing support role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva).
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
