Job Description

Job Purpose:

As part of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing various high-quality marketing, PR, and social media initiatives.

The job holder will independently and collaboratively manage multiple projects to any set objectives, support in the execution of these projects and to add value and ensure Alpin\xe2\x80\x99s brand is well presented and optimized.

This position will require a high level of trust, professionalism and communication.

Strategic Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning & Budgeting
  • Support in monitoring the spends of the annual marketing budget.
  • Assist in updating and circulating the Marketing Calendar.
  • Assist in implementing all planned thematic and tactical activities in adherence to the Marketing Calendar.
Brand Support & Execution
  • Support in building and enhancing the brand image in line with brand objectives.
  • Support in managing advertising creatives, ensuring brand image is kept consistent. Creatives include but are not limited to (Brochures and catalogues, POS, digital assets, environmental branding and packaging) to ensure brand guideline compliance and delivery to brief and budget.
  • Assist the team in proofreading/copywriting any presentations
with external/internal parties.

Digital and Social Media
The role involves a great deal of digital and online marketing work, specifically managing our ecommerce sites and social media accounts. This includes copywriting and multimedia content and management of online campaigns. As such, having a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing is beneficial.
  • Work to develop engaging, creative and innovative social media content.
  • Manage the social media calendars which include copywriting brand-focused messages for regular scheduled posts.
  • Assist in queries from all our social media platforms and coordinate with the relevant internal departments.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the website, uploading or editing content where applicable.
  • Assisting with blog articles written by consultants and briefing necessary images.
PR & Events (Online and Offline)
  • Regularly liaise with marketing and PR contacts to ensure activity and coverage.
Administration
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage Alpin\xe2\x80\x99s assets library, ensuring all images, brochures and case studies are up-to-date and ready to be shared with all parties.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly reports and
presentations.

HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:

In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN\xe2\x80\x99s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work;

It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality, Environment and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Management System\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.

Skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, or any related discipline or equivalent professional experience;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Executive Administration
  • Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • IT Savvy; strong computer skills;
  • Up-to-date social media and IT Skills;
  • Must have good "attention-to-detail" skills.
  • Interest in Sustainability Sector
  • Advanced Presentation and Communication skills. Clear, concise and compelling;
  • Experience in New Business Development;
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a track record of rapid career advancement;
  • Proven experience leading and motivating teams. Strong facilitation, team building and collaboration skills;
  • High degree of professionalism with an ability to interact with others at all levels;
  • With Driving License in UAE or KSA is preferred but not a must.
  • Must currently reside in the UAE or KSA. Males and Females are invited to apply for this position.
