Marketing Coordinator Intern -

This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full-time role. You will be trained and mentored by the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms. Support in planning and sending email marketing campaigns for upcoming events. Help prepare content for posts, emailers, and event promotions. Maintain and update the social media and marketing calendar. Coordinate with the data team to ensure correct database usage for email campaigns. Assist in writing basic scripts for event sessions, announcements, or moderators. Communicate with interested participants by sending follow-up emails. Support in coordinating with designers for marketing artwork and approvals. Help with basic media coordination such as listing events, media partner outreach, etc.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is willing to learn quickly and take responsibility. Creative thinking and interest in marketing, content creation, or events. Basic knowledge of social media, Canva, or email marketing is a plus (not mandatory). Good communication and writing skills. Someone with a Marketing educational background or experience. Someone on their own visa or Sponsorsed Visa

Internship Duration & Growth Opportunity

Minimum duration:

6 months.
