Discover the responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns from the planning stage through to final delivery
Support the delivery of events, pop ups, and community moments end to end
Manage timelines and task lists across multiple teams and partners
Act as a key point of connection between marketing, creative, and operations
Assist with product launches, gifting, and partnership activities
Organize assets and calendars to help the team move faster and stay calm
Capture learnings and content from live events for wider marketing use

Discover the requirements
Between two and four plus years of experience in a marketing or operations role
Previous experience supporting campaigns or events
Strong organizational skills with a love for lists and follow through
A proactive and detail oriented mindset
Interest in health and wellness is a significant advantage
