We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator
to act as the key link between internal department heads and external service providers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth marketing operations, timely project execution, quality control, and structured reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
External Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for content creation agencies, digital marketing partners, and website/e-commerce development teams
Communicate business requirements clearly and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards
Internal Coordination
Gather, organize, and consolidate marketing requirements from various department heads
Translate business needs into clear briefs for external partners
Workflow Management
Track project timelines and ensure all marketing activities are delivered on schedule
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Quality Assurance
Review outputs from agencies and developers to ensure alignment with brand standards and company expectations
Ensure final deliverables are ready for approval or publication
Reporting
Provide weekly progress updates to management
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly performance and status reports
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in marketing coordination or project management
Proven experience working with
external agencies, vendors, or technical teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience preparing performance reports and status updates for management
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
