Providing administrative support for the entire marketing department across both offline and online disciplines
Managing invoicing, filing, and tracking of payments routed through the marketing team
Assisting in content creation with a focus on strong copywriting skills and strong proficiency in English
Managing the repository of creative, brand, and product assets
Facilitating the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and ensuring timely delivery to brand and operational teams, partners, external agencies, and vendors
Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of marketing activities, brand and product campaigns, promotional events, and store openings or closures
Monitoring marketing-related correspondence, responding to general inquiries from the public, and redirecting them to the appropriate team members while ensuring effective end-to-end management and updates
Supporting the digital marketing team by uploading and managing content across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns
PROFILE
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably from a Retail Industry background
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with social media and digital platforms
