- Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication with their customer base, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns using CRM data
