Job Description

The Marketing Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies for the organizations dual business lines within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and Real Estate Development industries. This position is responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across diverse channels.

2. Key Responsibility areas & activities

Strategic Planning and Campaign Development:

- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies that align with the objectives of both the HORECA and Real Estate Development business lines.

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and social media initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Brand Management:

- Oversee brand development and management for both business lines, ensuring brand integrity, consistency, and alignment with market positioning.

- Develop brand guidelines and communication strategies to maintain a strong brand presence in both industries.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:

- Create compelling and relevant content, including marketing collateral, website content, press releases, and social media posts, catering to the unique needs of both industries.

- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of marketing materials.

- Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, tailored to the specific audiences of HORECA and Real Estate Development.

- Monitor website performance and user engagement, optimizing online presence to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Public Relations and Media Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and relevant stakeholders in both industries.

- Plan and execute public relations campaigns, press releases, and media events to enhance brand exposure and reputation.

- Manage crisis communication strategies and responses as needed.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage marketing communication budgets for both business lines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor expenses and analyze ROI to optimize marketing spend and achieve cost-effective results.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and creativity.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing communication strategies with business goals.

- Engage with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

- Maintain open communication channels with senior management to provide regular updates and insights.

3. Operating Environment:

Office-based role with occasional travel to HORECA establishments and real estate development sites. Extensive digital engagement and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Communication & Working Relationships:

Internal:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including members from marketing, sales, operations, and senior management, to align marketing communication strategies with business goals.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Maintain open communication channels with senior management to provide regular updates on marketing initiatives, performance, and insights.

External:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, industry influencers, agencies, and relevant stakeholders in both HORECA and Real Estate Development industries.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and industry engagement.
