Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE
Support with the execution of all the activities enabling the marketing communications, advertising
strategies and projects, delivering a cost effective and high-calibre results across the dnata Travel
Group. Ensure all activity builds a consistent brand, communications and advertising identity that adheres
to Emirates Group guidelines and standards.

2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS

- Support with all event planning and execution across all dnata Travel Group brands including supplier
management and fee negotiation.

- Assist with the production of monthly activity reports to be shared with the business including all post
campaign analysis, budget tracking and PR and social metrics.

- Manage and/or support with the traffic of jobs through the design studio, allocating projects to each designer
based on time and availability. This should be coordinated through central trafficking software.

- Coordinate and circulate the meetings minutes from the department meetings and briefings. Follow-up
where required

- Support with the production of all external and internal newsletters from understanding the business brief, to
copywriting production and creative execution. Using the shared support functions to deliver these on time
and to budget.

- Ensure customer experience and brand are fully represented in campaigns across all touchpoints in all
defined markets.

- Support Marketing Manager/Officer with all invoicing and supplier management requirements.

- Assist with invoicing and budget management where required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Qualifications:
10 Years schooling or equivalent

Experience :

Marketing & Media Communication.
3+ Years experience in a global marketing department
Knowledge/skills:

- Fully competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyse and resolve specific problems. Able to
manage multiple tight deadlines
- Should be detail-oriented, flexible and decisive.
- Understanding of sales channels (B2B and B2C), direct and indirect, retail and online.
- Must be able to articulate clearly and concisely in both the written and spoken form. Excellent (English
language) communication skills are a paramount importance.
- The ability to think of creative solutions is important, as is the ability to keep motivated whilst working
on several projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
