Job Description

The Marketing & Communication (MarCom) Coordinator is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies(online/offline), including the brand development of goals, campaigns, tactics, budgets, and the implementation plans per the annual, quarterly, and monthly plans. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing
  • Programs related to the overall MarCom strategies of the company.
  • Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
  • Maximize brand or service value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
  • Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
  • Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
  • Create a robust annual marketing plan with approved budget considerations and manage the plan in coordination with the MarCom team and/or agencies.
  • Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
  • Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.
  • Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications work.
  • Develop, manage and produce materials and fully engage in content creation to create a cohesive image and message across all channels
  • Oversee the development, management and maintenance of all online and offline communication.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the marketing group and all other departments.
  • Set the yearly key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing group and actively manage the department to accomplish its goals.
  • Manage and lead e-commerce and digital campaigns, ATL/BTL campaigns, and activations across all company branches using the channels of communication and marketing mix.
  • Handle all PR related plans for the brand and work hand-in-hand with agencies and partners to ensure brand voice is consistent and appealing to target audiences.
  • Manage brand compliance activities with the Quality Assurance department.
Minimum Qualification:
  • BSc/BA. University Degree in Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills / public speaking
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience on a managerial level in a similar field.
  • Excellent in English. Arabic
  • Solid knowledge of social media, CRM, Leadership, Organizational, Technical, Communications, and Creative skills.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions and make the work happen.
  • Any Nationality (Male or Female).
Good to have:
  • Master\'s (Preferred)
  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
