Job Summary: Looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Develop and implement effective marketing as well as business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Carry out market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends as well as competitive landscapes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals as well as pitches to potential clients, showcasing the company\'s services, capabilities, and unique value proposition
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing as well as content creation, to enhance brand awareness and lead generation
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts as well as make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Conduct any related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate must have relevant qualifications with 3 to 5 years of practical experience working as an outdoor marketing executive in interior design and fit-out works
• Must have strong knowledge of the process of fit-out works
• Should have a good database and PR to get new projects
• Strong knowledge of creating advertising campaigns on all social media platforms
• Ability to suggest innovative Ideas to help the company in business
• Strong experience in interior fit-out work required
• Fluency in English is a must
• Male candidates are required
