Key Responsibilities:Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and corporate accounts
Develop B2B tie-ups with wellness resorts, hotels, insurance companies, and health tourism partners
Create and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and referring doctors
Monitor competitors and market trends to refine services and pricing
Marketing
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media)
Plan and manage offline marketing activities like wellness events, seminars, community outreach, and health camps
Develop content for brochures, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms
Work with graphic designers and agencies to maintain branding standards
Manage patient testimonials, reviews, and referrals to build credibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
2-5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, and natural healing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
