Marketing & Branding Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) Coordinate with content creators and freelancers Execute marketing campaigns and seasonal calendars Upload and update website content (WordPress) Track performance on SocialBee, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Hubspot Maintain organized digital folders (photo, video, press, events, etc.) Assist with one-off branding tasks (press releases, award submissions, blog posts) Ensure brand visual consistency across platforms

Required Skills:

Proficiency with Canva, WordPress, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and SocialBee (or quick to learn) Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Fluent English (spoken + written) Excellent organizational and execution skills Understanding of luxury or design-driven brands preferred

Work Setup:

Full-time, In-person (Dubai - Al Quoz / Springs area) Working language: English Immediate start preferred

Salary:

AED 5,000-6,500 (based on experience)
