Experience and Skills Needed:
5 Years in Marketing Automation: Extensive experience in email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations; proficiency in GA4 and Amplitude is a plus.
Copywriting skills : proven ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy that enhances engagement across automated customer journeys.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, familiarity with API integration between marketing platforms.
Data management: Experience structuring, organizing, and managing large datasets.
Marketing Automation & CRM Systems: Hands-on experience with marketing automation softwares and CRM systems.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work in teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
Dubai Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
