Job Summary
A Marketing Associate position is available at one of the world's leading fragrance and flavor companies. This Dubai based position is one that offers a collaborative work environment, experience in a fast-paced industry, and a chance to impact established fragrance brands.
We are looking for a teammate to be responsible for brand, communication, events and marketing strategies to support the growth of our Fine Fragrance clients.
The person will work closely with the Marketing team, Account Managers and Evaluators in charge of the clients and will report directly into the Senior Marketing Lead based in Dubai Creative Center, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:Develop an expertise in the fine fragrance markets globally, by conducting market research (desktop and on the ground), brand analysis, social media listening, best in class communication & activations, influencer and celebrities following, trend identification, new brands & launches tracking
Identify and leverage key social, product, brand, format and olfactive trends to translate them into customized fragrance solutions for our customers and help build marketing rationale and concepts
Support the account managers with building strong customer relationships by deep diving into the clients' brands, strategies, portfolio, products and consumer needs to proactively identify gaps and needs, transforming them into actionable insights and strategic business opportunities
Plan, coordinate, organize and execute inspirational and impactful customer engagement presentations, events and workshops translating them into business opportunities
Create creative and compelling storytelling, olfactive descriptions, concepts and presentations to present to the clients
Understand and use IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate IFF from competitors

Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree 2+ years of consultancy, brand, communication & PR marketing experience in the Beauty and Fine Fragrance Industry (MUST) Fluent in English Willing to Travel Microsoft Office skills a must
