Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts of our hypermarket. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events including digital marketing. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional
activities tailored to the hypermarket audience.

Support in coordinating in-store displays, signage, and seasonal decor aligned with
marketing strategies.

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide
actionable insights.

Maintain and update content for digital marketing platforms, including social media,
email newsletters, and the company website.

Assist in organizing special events, product launches, and loyalty programs to drive
footfall and sales.

Track and analyse marketing campaign performance; prepare regular reports for
management.

Coordinate with suppliers, media agencies, and other partners for promotional
materials and campaign execution.

Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and visual merchandising efforts. Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions and marketing events when
necessary.

Support administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and documentation of
marketing activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in retail or marketing (experience in a hypermarket or FMCG in sector is a plus in UAE). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design and digital marketing tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Working Conditions:

Based on-site at the hypermarket location. May require weekend or holiday work during promotional periods or special events. Frequent interaction with store operations teams and customers.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
