About us LED Flex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 10 years and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our Dubai team. This exciting opportunity is tailored for an individual with a degree in marketing and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Dubai and UK offices, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager based in London. Ideally you will be located in Dubai Investment Park 2, UAE. Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Should speak both English and Arabic languages fluently (written and oral)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in quantitative datasets
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, remote in-house team.
- Must be agile and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong time management skills
- Passionate about marketing, digital marketing, and innovation within the industry.
- Must have a creative outlook with an exceptional eye for detail
- Local Events Organization: Take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing local events in the UAE, actively contributing to the development of our brand presence and engagement in the region.
- Graphic Design Assistance: Collaborate closely with our London-based graphic designer and provide support for basic graphic design demands within the Dubai team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must.
- Copywriting Excellence: Showcase outstanding copywriting skills to craft compelling content for various marketing collaterals, including social media, websites, and catalogues.
- Interoffice Communication: Act as a vital bridge between the Dubai and UK offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within our small, remote in-house marketing team.
- Digital Marketing: Demonstrate proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, and Instagram Ads. Take ownership of campaigns on these platforms, run analytical reports, and track key metrics.
- PR Liaison and Project Tracking: Collaborate with PR agencies to identify opportunities and work closely with the LEDFlex Sales team in the GCC to track project completion for timely photography arrangements.
