Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Assistant to join IIQAF. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for collaborating with our internal marketing team to support marketing projects, campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Help create and maintain marketing materials, such as emails, brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Assist with event coordination, including planning, budgeting, registration, and logistics.
- Monitor and track campaign performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay up to date on industry trends.
- Measure and evaluate the success of campaigns to identify new opportunities.
- Develop creative strategies and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Network and build relationships with external vendors and organizations to maintain relationships.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven track record in marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and event coordination.
- Familiarity with marketing research and analytics.
- Creativity and knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
