IMMEDIATE HIRING - MARKETING/ADMIN ASSISTANT Mira Creative is looking for a Marketing/Admin Assistant that will join our marketing agency in Dubai. We highly looking for someone who is: -Fast learner -Good adaptability skill -Able to work independently -Have a good organizational and communication skills -Willing to accept other task from time to time -Able to assist the Marketing Team for promotional activities -Helping to organize Market research -Familiar with Google Spreadsheet Advantages: -With Financial/Accounting experience is an advantage -Familiar with using Canva Task and Responsibility: SECONDARY PANEL -In charge of overall admin tasks and registration of new hired agents to the company\'s secondary panel website. -Assist agents on all inquiries about secondary panel website -Coordinate and contact with direct clients who want to sell their properties and upload it to the secondary panel. MIRA EXCLUSIVE PROJECTS -Send weekly inventory updates in the Whatsapp group of the MIRA exclusive projects -Update the Google Folders for each Mira Exclusive projects -Make sales offer using Canva MIRA CEO PROPERTIES -Upload the resale properties in the Secondary Panel -Create Sales Offers in Canva -Keep track, record and back up the files of the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s resale properties -Update the inventory of the CEO every week GENERAL TASK -Update the MIRA Off-Plan Google sheet every week -Communicate with the Admin for OQOOD and other details needed for contract -Send to the Social Media Content creator the latest informations of new projects Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Marketing/Admin/Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
