Key Responsibilities
Marketing Assistant:
- Support the marketing team in coordinating campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist with content preparation, market research, and brand-related tasks.
- Maintain marketing databases, track campaign performance, and prepare basic reports.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across company systems and databases.
- Verify data integrity, perform routine checks, and ensure all information is up to date.
- Prepare simple reports and support administrative documentation as required.
- Support day-to-day commercial operations including documentation, filing, and coordination.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain records, organize commercial data, and support team activities to ensure smooth operations.
