Palma Real Estate is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and people-focused professional to join our team as a Marketing and Talent Acquisition Executive. This hybrid role is perfect for someone passionate about branding, recruitment, training, and building a strong internal culture.

About the Role

You will play a key role in strengthening Palma's brand presence, attracting top talent, and ensuring every new team member is equipped for success from day one. Your main responsibilities include:

Marketing & Branding

Develop and implement Palma Real Estate's marketing and branding strategy. Create and manage content across all social media platforms. Build and maintain the company's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual style. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions. Ensure clear and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Talent Acquisition

Source, attract, and interview candidates for various real estate positions. Build a strong pipeline of high-performing brokers and administrative staff. Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring. Support the HR team with recruitment documentation and processes.
Training & Onboarding

Develop structured onboarding programs for all new joiners. Deliver initial training on company culture, CRM systems, policies, and performance expectations. Ensure new employees are aligned with Palma's standards and prepared to succeed.
What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, HR, recruitment, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with strong branding and content creation skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Real estate experience is an advantage but not required. Positive attitude, strong initiative, and passion for people and teamwork.
