Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Specialist with 3 years of experience who is fluent in Arabic and has expertise in creating, posting, and managing content across all major social media platforms. Moreover, expertise in Meta platforms policies (Facebook and Instagram), ensuring the company's brand image remains positive and professional across all digital interactions.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging Arabic-language content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
Write captions, headlines, and post content that are SEO-friendly and brand-aligned.
Develop content strategies based on platform algorithms and current social media trends.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Take proactive steps to remove harmful or damaging feedback in line with Meta policies.
Maintain and improve the brand's online reputation.
Engage with users professionally to resolve complaints and de-escalate tense interactions.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and SEO principles.
Experience in managing social media content across multiple platforms.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of Meta's content policies and moderation tools.
Experience in online reputation management and community moderation.
Ability to handle criticism and sensitive content calmly and professionally.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
UAE Driving License is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
