Elora Aesthetic Polyclinic is a luxury multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of Dubai, specializing in advanced Plastic Surgery, Physiotherapy, Dental, Dermatology, Laser Treatments and aesthetic treatments.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-savvy, and able to manage the full social media presence of the clinic -- from planning and content creation to performance tracking, Ads manager, videography and photography.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the clinic's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate photoshoots/reels with doctors and staff.
Create engaging visuals, captions, and hashtags aligned with Elora's premium brand tone.
Handle comments interactions professionally.
handle website, google and meta ads.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Research trends in aesthetics, beauty, and healthcare marketing.
Work closely with the management and marketing team to align online strategy with clinic promotions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (preferably in aesthetic, dental, or beauty industry).
Excellent skills in content creation, photography, and video editing (Reels, Stories, etc.).
Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Canva or similar design tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for aesthetics.
