Marketing & Customer Support AssociatePosition Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Marketing & Customer Support Associate to support the clinic's marketing operations and ensure excellent communication with our customers. This role combines administrative, communication, and marketing tasks to enhance the clinic's visibility, customer experience, and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for the clinic.
Manage the clinic's social media platforms by posting updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring messages.
Support content creation for marketing materials.
Customer Support
Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders, follow-ups, feedback collection, and re-engagement.
Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and provide accurate information about services.
Assist customers with booking appointments and navigating clinic services.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and update records.
Resolve basic concerns or escalate cases to the appropriate team when required.
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service and/or marketing.
Background knowledge about the medical aesthetics industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable with making calls and engaging with customers professionally.
Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
