Identify and evaluate prospective clients and key marketing strategies aligning with the firms\xe2\x80\x99 areas of practice.
Enhance business through the development of new leads and new contacts
Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and direct them to the lawyers and legal consultants of the firm
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Maintain a database of current and target clients and contacts.
Requirements of ideal candidates:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or of similar field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Business development or similar role in the UAE. preferably in a Law Firm.
Fluent in English Language. Arabic and other foreign languages are a plus point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an enthusiastic approach, for building meaningful relationships with clients.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
Flexibility and willingness to adjust work schedule from time-to-time according to workload demands and/or planned events outside of core office hours.
