Develops, implements, and assist in the delivery of marketing plans
Work across a variety of media such as brochures, advertising, catalogues, newsletters, website, digital, social, channel support activities, adverting and promotions and tradeshows/trade breakfasts and events
Content, copy and creative work across the website and social media, including the development of calendars and scheduling, along with monitoring and reporting on analytics
Production of marketing material, either via the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or briefing of agencies
Displaying scientific thought leadership, high levels of collaboration, innovative thinking, and highly effective stakeholder relationship management.
Proactively seek knowledge and understanding of relevant health / healthcare ecosystem and trends, market access environment, competitors, and other emerging areas
Leading the conduct of commercial market assessment and business insights project including tasks below:
- Market, population and disease trends
- Market sizing and forecasting
- Prior experience in applying strategic tools i.e. SWOT and PESTEL analyses to problems
- Defining unmet needs, defining value proposition and understanding unique selling propositions
- Conducting primary and secondary research
- Engagement with clinicians and other relevant stakeholders
Conduct research using publicly available information and internal databases
Leads and defines the strategies to introduce new products and services with the aim to drive sales and business growth
Research and analyze the market opportunity across each of our product and service lines, including the assessment of value propositions and competitive positioning
Regular reporting to leadership team on new and ongoing initiatives, inclusive of financial performance to show ROI across all marketing spend
Build the marketing department team as per business needs, and manage Marketing and Advertising budgets with the effective allocation to activities that will meet business objectives
Develop all campaign material and all the briefing documents to ensure maximum impact.
Leverage guidelines from global brand team and brief campaign task force accordingly to ensure respect of international guidelines.
Actively contribute in collaboration with the medical team or National Sales team to ensure alignment with strategy the following activities as required: Advisory boards, round tables or other expert meetings, National symposia/ WebEx/ Webcast/ Virtual summit, Launch meetings.
Be actively involved in the organization of regional and national sales meetings/business reviews as required.
Ensure full compliance of material / activities with ethical and Code of Ethics (demonstrate and ensure active respect for values, business ethics, local laws, policies and marketing procedures).
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Managing Director and CEO
