As a Marketing Analyst at Deriv, you will be responsible for managing and analysing market data, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and providing insights to support decision-making. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a bonus, as you will need to access them to gather data, execute marketing campaigns, and track and report on campaign performance.
Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines will help us accomplish our marketing operations goals.
Your challenges
Support our partnership programme by managing the partner\xe2\x80\x99s database, applications, tracking links, and enquiries.
Create reports and convert data into graphical representations, charts, and other visual aids to communicate with clients, partners, and management.
Promote a supportive partnership environment by reconciling commission payments and other reported transactions for our partners.
Offer data-based analysis to provide insight into Deriv\xe2\x80\x99s growth.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance our current processes.
Requirements
A university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
A knack for absorbing and comprehending new (proprietary) systems and procedures
Capability to efficiently apply operational skills and prioritise tasks
Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
A can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and develop your career
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
