The role demands a dynamic individual with an acute understanding of market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of innovative technology solutions to improve customer experiences.

Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to meet the companys growth goals.

Spot new market opportunities, analyze trends, and evaluate competitive landscapes to foster business expansion.

Execute feasibility studies and conduct market research for potential new services and products.

Lead initiatives to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Stay updated on technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends.

Work with product development teams to refine products and services, aligning them with market demands and customer expectations.

Launch new features or offerings based on market insights and customer feedback.

Develop strategies to distinguish the companys products and services in the market.

Implement measures to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.

Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to address customer issues and inputs.

Employ customer-focused strategies to improve overall experience.

Keep abreast of technological advancements in the industry.

Promote the integration of state-of-the-art technologies to enhance service and product efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with the tech team for smooth integration of new technologies.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships to boost technological capabilities and market presence.

Work with external partners and vendors to utilize their expertise and resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field

At least 7 years' relevent experience
