Job Description

Key Accountabilities: - Managing overall digital marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, and analysis of marketing trends. - Define marketing strategy and monitor implementation of strategy through regular spend analysis, cost analysis, and channel analysis. - Oversee all campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum lead generation, cost and efficiency. - Coach, develop, and manage the Marketing Team to ensure high performance, engagement, and retention. - Maintaining accurate information on the company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives. - Oversee all analytics of current Marketing/Social Media/PR Campaigns across the company and propose & implement improvements. - Manage and monitor the Marketing department's KPIs around lead generation and ROI, and regularly review and propose improvements to meet department targets. - Drafting press releases, representing the company to media outlets, developing annual forecasts, and seeking to minimize marketing expenses. - Continuously stay up to date with rules and regulations of RERA and Dubai Land Department. - Constantly monitor competition and advise on Marketing best practices. He or she should have the following qualifications:
- Atleast 3 years experience in working in the same role in a Dubai-based real estate company.
- Professinoal working experience in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Professional working experience in social media marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- University graduate with attested certificates from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 per month Education:
