Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels and achieve sales targets
Manage social media platforms and create engaging, property-focused content
Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Property Portals)
Prepare marketing materials, brochures, email campaigns, and property listings
Track campaign performance and generate analytical reports
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing leads convert effectively
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of marketing experience within Dubai's real estate sector
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and social media management
Familiar with major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
