To develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting the Early Years Learning Centre, enhancing brand awareness, increasing enrolment, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Strategic Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the Early Years Learning Centre\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives. Identify target markets and create strategies to reach and engage with them effectively.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase nursery enrolment and brand visibility in the competitive Dubai market.
Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and communication channels. Maintain and enhance the Early Years Learning Centre brand image in line with the brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to increase visibility and engagement.
Content Creation:
  • Generate creative and compelling content for various platforms such as social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials to showcase the Early Years Learning Centre programs, achievements, and unique selling points, following brand guidelines.
Enrolment Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost enrolment numbers. Monitor and analyse enrolment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends, understand the needs of parents and children, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
Admissions Management:
  • Oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective families.
Lead Generation:
  • Generate and manage admission leads and passing on to the nursery managers for follow ups.
Events & Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with the local community, including parents, local businesses, and educational organizations. Organize and participate in marketing events, open houses, and other promotional activities.
Partnerships and Outreach:
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to create collaborative marketing initiatives. Organize events, workshops, or outreach programs to increase Early Years Learning Centre visibility.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
Additional Information
  • Digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking.
  • Interest in education and child development.
  • Proficiency in Canva design software
  • Valid UAE driving license.
Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing and admissions in nursery/ELC education sector.
Attributes and Behaviours:
  • Professionalism, strong organizational skills, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills with parent relations.
