Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
Promote academy programs through both online and offline channels.
Generate new leads and enquiries via social media, school visits, community events, and partnerships.
Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
Explain academy programs and convert enquiries into admissions.
Customer Relations
Maintain positive communication with parents and players.
Share training schedules, updates, and announcements on time.
Manage payment follow-ups and renewals courteously and efficiently.
Administration & Coordination
Support coaches with daily session coordination and attendance tracking.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and payments.
Submit daily reports on leads, admissions, and operational updates.
Ensure smooth day-to-day academy operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or administration (preferably in the sports or education sector).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about sports.
