• Manage all internal business card requests
• Manage translation requests with internal stakeholders and vendors
• End-to-end management to ensure Marketing payments are made in a timely manner
• Manage onboarding vendors to TFG's vendor list
• Manage contracts/contract renewals
• Voucher management and complimentary forms for TFG's Hotel Management Company
• Project management and coordination to ensure Marketing requests are delivered on time

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Degree in business management (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong propensity to learning new concepts
