Mission & Main Objectives

The Marketing Communication Intern position is tasked with helping the Marketing team shape IMEA\xe2\x80\x99s communication development across all carlines and brand along with media deployment and PR alignment across projects.
The position will directly report to the Marketing Communication Manager, ensuring to liaise with the respective agencies and the full IMEA team to complete projects at hand.
The Marketing Communication Intern will also leverage the experience they will attain to start directing the advertising and media agencies to develop compelling and innovative solutions for INFINITI Middle East.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Provide direction and relevant insights to guide agency efforts and integrated marketing communications planning across the team.
Monitor competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and be aware of market changes and developments.
Monitor partner social communication and be aware of their business developments.
Execute omni-channel campaigns in line with marketing strategy & plan; orchestrated across owned, earned and paid channels. Support and guidance from direct manager and full marketing team will be provided to bring the Intern to the level of executing omni-channel campaigns.
Drive innovation in media and advertising to build the brand \xe2\x80\x93 with focus on improving OAO.
Provide insights into ongoing campaigns to ensure that they are optimized appropriately for all formats and channels
Master INFINITI brand visual and work with the Marketing Communication Manager to roll out the new Visual Identity
Support the Marketing Communication Manager with Social by overviewing the content calendar and providing feedback. In parallel keep an eye on the social pages and flag any issues spotted.
Regular liaison with global when needed to support the Marketing Communication Manager.
Project Management handling to guarantee launch of the campaign meets all the agreed deadlines

Background & Experience (years)

0-2 yrs experience
Experience in the Middle East
Work experience is not required however living in the region is a must as the Intern will develop their marketing skills within a year if they have local market insights from personal experience.
MS Office, mainly PPT & Excel (advance)
Basic knowledge in project management
Basic knowledge in time management

Minimum Education

University degree in Marketing / Communications Preferred however incase they hold a different Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, a Passion for Marketing is a must.

Language Requirements

Fluent in Business English and Arabic is a must (read and comprehend for content validation)
