We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Emirati Marketing & Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and assist with marketing activities for our clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management and operational teams
Handle documentation, filing, appointment coordination, and email communication
Assist in marketing activities including social media coordination, content support, and campaigns
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain internal records
Support front-office needs as required
Coordinate with internal departments for workflow efficiency
Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a
UAE National (Emirati)
with a valid
Family Book
.-- Mandatory* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
