We're Hiring - Marketing & Acquisition Manager (Dubai)
Are you a digital marketing expert passionate about trading, fintech & growth hacking?
Join our Proprietary Trading Firm in Dubai and lead our global trader acquisition strategy!
What you'll do
Build & scale digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Telegram). Drive funnels to recruit top traders: ads ? onboarding ? retention. Partner with influencers & trading communities worldwide. Optimize CAC vs LTV and deliver measurable growth.
What we're looking for
3-5 years in digital marketing / growth, ideally in fintech, prop firm or SaaS. Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics. Entrepreneurial mindset, performance-driven. Fluent in English.
What we offer
Based in Dubai Performance bonus (% of revenues from traders acquired)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
digital marketing in fintech, prop firm or SaaS: 3 years (Required)
Language:
English, French and Arabic (Preferred)
